Island Creative Management was founded in 1999. We desired to create a company around expert personnel in the area of Production Rentals, Production Support and Labor Management for the entertainment and industrial theater markets.
Building on the experience of a truly talented and extremely knowledgeable staff, Island Creative has brought a higher level of expectation to our clients and end users. From the departmental directors to the craftsmen working in the shop, Island Creative’s personnel are the best trained, most qualified in the industry.

Experience
Without a doubt, a company's most valuable asset is a staff that has practical on-site experience. Our staff has years of experience working in local, national and international venues. We have an intimate operational knowledge of the industry through our years of service working jobs as professional technicians, technical directors, facility employees and union officials. Having the exposure to all sides of the industry makes our staff that much more beneficial to your event.
Leadership
Island Creative’s staff are competent leaders. Our personnel have extensive experience leading stage crews around the world. Having worked closely with the local unions in developing Collective Bargaining Agreements gives us an intimate working knowledge of work rules, contractual conditions and state labor laws. This knowledge makes our staff a valuable tool while on-site.
Quality
Our inventory includes equipment from the industry's top manufacturers. Our lighting rentals are constantly maintained by our factory trained technicians to provide our clients with the most reliable equipment in the industry. Our soft goods, rigging and staging are maintained to meet rigorous standards of quality control and care.
Technicians
Our shop and on-site technicians represent some of the industry’s most talented individuals. We believe in continuing education for our staff. This keeps our knowledge of the industry’s newest gear up-to-date allowing us to follow the trends and introduce to our clients the most advanced and inventive rental equipment. Our on-site supervisors will prep your event then make sure your event runs as smooth as possible once on site.
Project Management
Our project managers have the experience and knowledge of the shop and on-site technicians, as well as knowledge in the latest theatrical and illustrator drawing and rental management programs. We’re here to help with gear management, room layout, lighting and set design, graphics layouts and more.
From preproduction to final billing, we will be with you every step of the way to make sure your event costs are managed to your expectations. We will help manage and execute your event for a worry-free experience.
